I was incredibly happy with my experience at Workers on Grove Street in Worcester, MA. First, the lobby is impressive. It's rare to go to a bank and see an innovative, interactive display featuring a hologram and a robot named Pepper. The main reason for my five stars is due to the financial planning session I had with Johan. I always considered myself to be financially savvy and prepared, but their tools, which Johan introduced me to, made me aware of various blind spots. The entire session was enlightening, helpful and empowering. The other staff I briefly met were also very professional and friendly. It's a great neighborhood bank.

The Leominster branch had the absolute worst customer service!!! We have been trying to settle a large legit claim with this bank and we have been met with nothing but, vulgar repulsive disrespect!! Stay away from this bank at all costs!!
