I’ll keep it short and sweet. Vehicle paid off $10,150. Posted payment of $10,000 online portal because I do not trust to send in the mail. Over four business days later payment has been drafted from my account for days but it still not posted to the portal and now shows me four days past due. Cannot get an answer from the company. Funny how they will take $10,000 from you and won’t explain anything to you for days but then the moment you are a few days late they will penalize your credit and send you several notices , blow your phone up , etc. Just like everyone else on this comment thread I will never finance with this company again and will suggest anyone financing that they avoid this company at all costs. Communication is terrible and there is no value or respect for the customers who are paying .
