      They seem to offer nice properties at a reasonable rate. I love our home and location. Wouldn't mind attempting to purchase the property... as I've rented it for the last 6 years! How ever, anytime an issue arises and needs addressed... I can never get a response let alone action. Large trees are falling at an alarming rate... and no response. Furnace needed repair, i had to orchestrate the repairs... and have collections notices sent to me for that amount for 3 months until books were finally straightened out I guess. Now the blower motor has been out for a week. Made several calls, yet no response yet. Repairs are $900... guess I'll have to do that in leu of rent... and not to mention 2 years ago another large tree came down, wiped out 2 sheds and half a deck. I had to repair deck... and I still have no sheds... a little respect and accountability could go a LONG way.
