I use to do my banking at the Grandview branch, but started coming to this branch because of their associates. Very friendly and professional. I prefer handling my cash with an actual person instead of a machine. Keep up the great work! :)

As it stands, terrible addition to the Upper Arlington community. Despite always having an empty lot, they tow anyone within minutes who parks on the fringe of their shared lot with the Crimson Cup. Per the tow company, Wright-Patt calls often and tows as much as possible. I asked around and heard only underwhelming things about this Wright-Patt location. Do better. Focus on being a strong financial partner to people, not punishing locals for using the outermost space of your vacant lot for a few minutes. You are hurting the Crimson Cup's business and adding kickbacks from tow companies is disreputable at best.
