      i have been a member for about 10 years and thats about 9 years too long. they were great in the beginning but its been a steady decline. i am going to accept some responsibility for not bailing sooner. abhorrent customer service including all supervisors. they are ill equipped or smart enough to answer the basic of questions. in my opinion, THEY ARE ANTI-WHITE. rude tellers at my local Path plaza branch. the credit card fraud protection kicked in on my re-occuring monthly verizon bill and if it happens on friday after 3pm, you are stuck. zero weekend hours. i wish this bank would get pancreatic cancer. im gonna take my 100k in savings, truck loan and credit card to a real bank. dont waste your time at Xcel.
