      Deactivated my credit cards twice now. Once in April 2022 when I was offered an additional credit card after being approved for an auto loan. Loan officer at the Cedar Bluff branch had no clue how to add the credit card to my account, he closed out my other credit card causing my autodraft of my car insurance to be declined. Then on July 9th of 2022, went in to the Emory Road branch to have my wife added as an authorized user on my two credit card accounts, and again the teller did not know how to add her as an authorized user, he ended up capturing(deactivating) both my credit credit cards and again causing several of my bills on autodraft to be rejected. Now my wife is receiving phone calls from Y12 saying that she needs to come back and show a photo I.D. (which she already did at the Emory Road branch when they printed off her credit cards) to be an authorized user. These people do not seem know what they are doing or not providing proper training.

      Just moved from out of state. Needed new accounts, debit cards, direct deposit changes...the whole works. I've never met nicer bankers who were not just polite but professional. It went so smooth I'd give more stars if I could. I've been back 3 times this week for withdrawals, information and faxing of critical documents. Every employee lives up to Y12 high standards. My old credit union could never measure up to this outfit. Special shout out to Adam who exceeded all expectations. Wife just as pleased.
