      As a loan originator and investor I did a LOT of business with Yavapai Title in Sedona and Cottonwood. So when I purchased a home in Prescott I requested them. It was handled with no problem. I just did a refi. I asked the lender to use Yavapai Title. Big mistake. They set a signing appointment with me at noon on Friday February 4th. That morning they called to say they had a COVID exposure and had to close the office. They suggested a mobile notary. Cost was not mentioned. I knew it would cost them so I offered to go sign at a different Yavapai Title office. They said I could come on Monday. Unfortunately Monday is a busy work day. They said other offices were too busy. So they sent a mobile notary. I just got my settlement docs. They charged me $200 for THEIR problem. Then the lady Michelle was nasty with me while refusing the refund. Epilogue - I received a call from a higher-up at Yavapai Title today. He is making it right and was very apologetic. So I am changing my review back to what it was before this incident - 5 *
