      This “company” is honestly a joke. I’m currently one of their tenants or should I say I think I am? These people have been trying to sell the building I currently live in for months. I’ve been residing in one of their properties for 3 years. I currently have no superintendent as well. The maintenance man is a joke, his name is Alex and in York fundings eyes he’s a jack of all trades but can’t fix a simple leak. Currently I have strangers constantly coming in and out of the apt building. They’ve tried to demo and renovate without valid permits. So currently I’m not sure who owns the establishment I live in because York is also NOT communicative. I’ll add to the previous reviews and concur that York is a company of crook slum lords with their hand our just collecting rent :)

      This is the worse management company. They do not take care of the buildings. Garbage does not get put out, repairs take months and no one gets back to you from the office. And catch attitudes when you make complaints
