  I have been doing business with dealership for 18 years. I've purchased cars from them in the past, but the main reason that keeps me going back is the service. It's always done right, the first time and at a reasonable price. Even my family's cars that aren't Kia or Mitsubishi are taken there for service. They're just that good.

  Service department was quick and efficient. I am giving them three stars because I will never attempt to buy a car from them again. In May of 2019 the salesmen were rude. I brought my wife back to see the car only to find my information made into a paper airplane on his desk. They turned down my reasonable offer on a used car. One month later I found the car for that same price I offered. I bought a new car from LCM, much more professional staff.

  It wasn't what I expected! The first sign of disaster was the finance manager did not look me in the eye when talking to me about finance options. They couldn't match my bank's interest rate. As a result of my choosing my own financing they up the price 1k and told me. I still opted for my own financing I didn't want to end up in a bait and switch kind of situation. They promised to detail my brand new car before I drove off the lot. The salesman tried his best to detail the vehicle, but ultimately it wasn't complete. He said their entire detailing crew called out. He apologized and made an appointment later that week to finish the work. When I returned they gave me a loaner car but it wasn't clean. I smelled something bad... It was left over food spoiled in the trunk. Yuck. When I returned I noticed the car still wasn't detailed, just ran through the car wash. I finished the work myself pulling off tons of plastic from shipping. No big deal, but I took time out of my day. In the end I felt like I wasted my time. I ended up leaving a review through the Kia survey emailed to me after I bought the new car. I gave honest feedback and also selected that they "do not contact me" regarding the survey., but the sales manager contacted me giving a blame-shifting response instead of owning the issue. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It wasn't a complaint it was factual and to the point- No name calling or belittling. That was my experience with Kia in York.
