I have always loved Zeal Credit Union, I've been loyal to them for years now because they have always been so good to me. Just recently a little frustrated because its so difficult trying to get ahold of the loan department, i usually get the answering machine.

I started banking here cuz the people were nice and everything was quick but its just keeps getting worse and worse some of the worker seem to just hate anyone that walks in there today I Walked in to inquire about a loan And the lady I spoke with was extremely rude And seemed to have an attitude with me she was not helpful at all When I asked for the loan I was told that they can't do that today and when I asked why she seemed to get upset said because they're busy And told me to go online But I can't really read too well so that is not really an option for me So at this point I suppose I should start looking for a new bank
