From beginning to end, we were very satisfied with Zook and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Matt A. was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially during the planning phases. The staff was always very responsive and helpful. When construction began, we loved seeing pictures posted each day, and then a video walkthrough. When the house arrived, we were pleasantly surprised in more than one way. The quality was even better than we hoped. There are little, unexpected things we love (the wide windowsills, the black door hinges) plus all the big things (the beauty of the floors, walls, cupboards, etc.). The ease of installation and quick set-up was also impressive. People that have visited are amazed that such a beautiful house was shipped to us in 2 pieces from PA. We are absolutely delighted and love our new home!
