      Customer Service was good. But when I picked up my iPad I had pawned the week prior I noticed several deep scratches on the screen... I mean VERY deep scratches. It looked like they just threw it in a box full of random metal objects. That's not how you treat customer property that's worth 6X the value that was borrowed on it. You need to treat people's property with more care than that.
