      Everytime I call to get help estimated time blah blah. It goes WELL OVER 30 min PAST the estimated time frame. I can’t ever reach not one single live person. In order for me to actually talk to a physical person I have to literally drive down there. Big inconvenience since I work 8-5. Thinking about switching banks. This is just getting to old.
