I’m a real estate agent in PA who recently had a listing and the buyer was using A Plus Mortgage. I was a little hesitant since I had never heard of the company and they were in Florida. My experience with Felipe Chaman was nothing less than amazing. Felipe was responsive and encouraging throughout the entire process. He was realistic as well, where other lender didn’t give me hope A plus Mortgage gave me that light at the end of the tunnel. Felipe communicated during every step and explained along the way.
