Will truly is a world-class lending officer. He was always willing to get on the phone and explain every step of the lending process, what each form was for, and the process overall. He also always informed me of what "the next step" was, which helped me never get lost in the process. Will is extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and highly knowledgeable. I had previously worked with a Quicken Loans lender, and I always was rubbed the wrong way by how pushy they can be to lock down the loan. Will always gave an air of confidence about the lending options he was offering and was very transparent and honest in offering us a loan. World-class does not do this man justice. Simply the best.
