  I have a mortgage account and been with this bank for 4 years now. The staff has always been respectful, friendly, and helpful. One of my biggest problems with this bank is that in 2019 paying your mortgage online is not an option unless you have a bank account with City National. I have watch this bank purchase out other banks and yet you still dont offer payment online for individual with mortgage loans unless I have a bank account with your specific bank. If your reading this YES its 2019 this bank is forcing you to have a bank account in order to make a payment online. I have coworkers, family members and friends who dont have bank accounts with their mortgage company and they can pay their mortgage online so what is taking City National so LONG to make the transition. Its 2019 and Inconvenient Banking payment still exists with City National Bank. Please someone in management can this be fixed?

  I normally don't post bad reviews on anyone/thing, but this experience was unfortunately notable enough, that at least management should know about. Do not visit this branch if you expect customer service. I went to open up a business account and the teller's weren't welcoming.. instead told me to fill out a form if i wanted to open a bank account? I've never had a banking experience like this. Then, when I requested to set an appt I was handed the banker's business card and told to email him....the banker didn't even walk up and introduce himself. It's odd they title themselves as "relationship bankers" Suffice to say, as much as I had high expectations and excited to open an account with CNBF, I reluctantly went down the street and opened my account with a competitor. I guess business is booming because clearly my business wasn't important enough. If the HR quality control people are reading this and need to speak with the staff. Please check who was working the morning shift 3/8/2022. Quality Control / Diversity Hires

  I have been banking with CNB for years now. Im too lazy to switch which i should have done years ago. This bank is very inconvenient , their systems are very outdated. I do not recommend banking with them In addition the lady with the short dirty blonde hair (Joan) at the N Miami branch has no business working with the public as she’s rude.
