      Was annoyingly put on hold multiple times for one simple question. I get you’re busy but if it’s been 15min that the person has been on hold at least update that person so they don’t feel like they’ve been forgotten. Now they’re closed so I have to wait another day to do a loan application since my questions were never answered. I’m calling around hoping to find another credit union that’s open

We're working with new staff to ensure calls aren't on hold long & our phone system rings us back requiring us to stay in contact with someone holding. We're open M-F 9 to 5 & Sat 9 to 12, but if it's outside those hours, please remember you can apply for a loan online. We hope you'll consider calling us again. Feel free to ask for a manager.
