This bank used to be good and humans used to regularly override the system punishing customers, but not anymore. They take their time processing mobile checks only on M-F before 3:30 when other banks process instantly. Because I work for a small business, I get paid in paper checks only on Friday nights and cant get my money until 1pm on Monday after the bank employees take their lunch. (Which isnt a detail I needed to know while Im waiting for money to buy my own lunch) And yet there are still branches open on Saturdays. Sometimes a charge will hit my account Monday morning, but ABNB will sooner charge me an overdraft fee before processing my check late afternoon! I got it waived once and then got told not anymore. There used to be a grace period to avoid things like this. I cant drive to a branch to deposit because im disabled and my bank is punishing me for being broke and using an app thats supposed to make this process more accessible.

Difficult to get ahold of, online banking and app are difficult to use. Their policies are far stricter than what is normal so if you ever have late payments, their fees are astronomical. Dealerships hate using this bank. Would never recommend this bank to anyone.
