      Stefanie is very patient and personable. She takes care to promptly answer any and all questions. She's great at what she does, and somehow in the whole process of buying a house, she became huckleberry pals with my mom. I have a general mistrust and distaste for finance capital and its agents, but I must admit that Stefanie is one of the good ones. She makes the process of signing your life away to a predatory debt economy not entirely terrible. And there was champagne at the end to help wash it all down... so that was nice.

      We had a unique situation where we were moving for medical school rotations and were using a VA loan to purchase our house. Our situation brought up several challenges, with some of them occurring the day of our closing.
