  I've had the pleasure of partnering with Heidi working on getting my clients into a home. I never felt alone in the process and her level of communication with both me, my clients and the list agent were far beyond expectations. It's always great to surround yourself with an amazing team.

  Heidi and Tony are nice and polite however they seem to lack experience and will seek lender advice more often than normal. They also offered a rate/cost but did not properly execute after it was agreed to. I had hoped they could have tried harder to push through the loan instead of simply giving up and wasting 2 months. Update to Owner response: Insinuating this was an ethical issue is dishonest so lowering rating to 1 star. The issue is competence. The same application was sent to another mortgage company which had no issues closing on the loan with better terms and within 1 month. They did not constantly have to ask me how to respond to a lender.

  Mr. Lee, was denied a loan by the lender we brokered to because the information he had provided on another application with another company ran contrary to the application he provided to us. Regardless of intentionality we were unable to do anything further. We are a company that runs an ethical and rule abiding business. Continuing the effort ran counter to our values.
