  Kelly is #1 - Job well done! You desire 100 STARS... Phyllis Benson from Riverside, CA I contacted US Bank in May of 2020 searching for a land loan. I was transferred to Kelly Elson, Mortgage Loan Officer, I advised Kelly that I was looking for a land loan to purchase a lot to build a custom home in Riverside, Californai. He explained to me the process and give me a listed of all the personal documents that would be needed for the land loan. Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable at all times. He answered all of my questions. I enjoyed working with him. The land loan closed in June of 2020. I was impressed how quick the land loan closed. Kelly advised me that US Bank also do New Construction Loans. After we submitted plans to the City of Riverside and hired a contractor, I reached back out to Kelly and applied for a Construction Loan in June 2021. In order to qualify for the cost to build the appraisal have to come in at 80% of the loan. The appraisal was $200,000 under what was estimated. Kelly, stood up for us and the appriaisal company agreed with Kelly and paid for a second appraisal. The second appraisal came back $200,000 more than the first one. Thanks to Kelly's determination our construction loan closed in January 2022 and we will be breaking ground on February 10, 2022.

  I can't say enough nice things about Kelly. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing my construction loan. We had so many roadblocks and problems come up during the design process, and Kelly was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in keeping things moving when everything else was going wrong. He was also super responsive, and was always available to jump on a call when I had questions. I highly recommend working with Kelly for your loan needs!
