      After submitting our offer on a house, we decided to switch from a VA loan to a conventional loan from a local lender in order to be more competitive for a property that received 5 offers. Len Pagan and his team worked QUICKLY to make the conventional loan happen and our offer was the one selected by a buyer that wanted to close as fast as possible. Mr Pagan was always available and answered emails and phone calls without haste. When I needed him to call my realtor to give an update, it was done right away.
