      Chad, Vanessa, and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. The process of buying a first home is daunting and they helped us understand each of the steps and allowed us to ask any questions that came up. We did so much up front work before looking at houses that we knew what our budget should be and knew how all the associated costs would fit in. The process to close on the house seemed incredibly fast and everything was very detailed and organized. I would highly recommend using Chad and his team for any home loan options!
