      They have really cleaned this location up since hiring the newer manager, Ben. Before Ben started, things seemed to be going down hill but I have noticed a huge improvement within the last year or so around the time Ben came to this location.

      This bank is disregarding legal documents and refusing to release money to family. BofA has gone as far as made up rules to hold the money in escrow. Now they refuse to notarize the documents they are demanding, stating we don’t have an account there! What are you saying BOA ? Did you steal our money? We had an account ? But now you say we don’t? What did you do with our money?

      I was mislead by customer service stating I was able to complete a transaction. Showed up and they said they could not do what was promised to me. Apparently the bank's customer service does not know it's own banking policies.
