Working with Academy Mortgage was our first time buying a home, so naturally, we were pretty nervous and overwhelmed by the process and "advice" from family and friends. We'd also been trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage for several months. We own our own business, and the requirements to get a mortgage in that situation are close to impossible. We'd been turned down and passed around by several other loan officers before finally meeting Josh Gotlieb! I really can't say enough good things about him. He was confident and assured us of everything throughout the entire process. He managed to get us approved quickly and with incredible rates. He was amazingly responsive and thorough with any questions we had, even on the weekends. I'm not sure how home-buying experiences are usually, but I honestly couldn't imagine a better one. I would strongly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy a home, especially newbies like us.
