      had an appointment at 730 am, made a month ahead. took till 430 pm to do a oil change and alignment. service writer tells me it was gms fault, they had to get the "specs" to align my truck. not the first gmc 2500 they have done, it's not a special truck, they were just being dishonest, not ok.
