      The Branch Manager is AMAZING. Charlotte will go above and beyond. The Staff changes too much hence the 1 star. The bank itself..TDBANK..eh. I gave 4 stars based on SERVICE at this ONE Branch.

      wasn’t happy with my services. i was told 5 different answers from different people involving an overdraft. td refused to reverse an overdraft and said i had too many from over a year ago, and the overdrafts weren’t my fault since td can’t do math. was unhappy with the manager that was on and told me she couldn’t do anything when there is always a way to fix something. she also didn’t call customer service because again, “nothing that i could do”. closed my savings account and checkings account after so many years due to td going down hill, don’t recommend td to anyone
