      Extremely slow spending half an hour just to deposit my check with shared branching

Regarding your issue, I can only say that during that time is when so many changes were happening due to COVID, the pandemic, and subsequent lobby closures. For a time, until we were able to adapt to the ever-changing landscape in reaction to the pandemic, some services did experience some "clunkiness."       Cut off my online banking because of trying to deposit a c heck that would not clear..... Been here for over 40 yrs.numerous car loans. Certainly not for the customer...... Will go to another credit union .
