  Overall the accountant we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful with our taxes but we are very disappointed with the price transparency. We were upfront on what we needed done and were quoted at a reasonable price but now that our taxes have been submitted we are being charged significantly more than we expected. We would not recommend this business and will not be returning in the future.

  This was our third year using this company. First year was fine, last year I caught one mistake before taxes were filed, brushed it off as an overlook and they fixed it and moved on. This year however was a complete joke. We dropped off our taxes, two weeks later they send us our documents to sign. The return amount looked off so I called to discuss, they look it over and realize it is way off, they call me back a few hours later and it is still wrong. At this point I'm a little frustrated that I have had to catch something twice and I am by no means a tax person. Two more weeks go by and we haven't heard anything. We all of a sudden realize we see a return pending in our bank account, extremely confused because we never signed nor Ok'd anything, I call and constantly never get answers or call backs. They would not own up to their mistake other than "well that shouldn't have happened." I was told they would file to fix it which we would now have to wait 16 weeks for the corrected amount! A couple days go by and still havent heard that anything is ready, I called each day to see if it was done or what the status was, everyone told me I needed to speak to the tax preparer who was not easy to get a call back from. Finally i was called and they did not want to fix it, stated I told the front office I wanted to pick up my paperwork, ( I wanted my corrected forms, which they said I would have to pick up and mail myself), they stated the owner which I have never dealt with nor knew his name did not want to deal with it and my stuff was ready to be picked up. The most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend anyone use this company!!
