  I have worked with Bill aka. Big Daddy Kane on numerous mortgages, refi's and HELOC's and every time I have been extremely satisfied. These are some of the most important decisions in your life that you will be making and you need a trusted individual who has your back. Bill and Aceland Mortgage is that person and company you need in your corner. All of my experiences with Bill and Aceland have exceeded my expectations, always getting the best rate and getting the loans funded in the shortest amount of time, everytime! I don't normally leave reviews either negative or positive, I was just extremely moved by the last experience that I had, and I wanted to scream it from the rooftops.   Christopher Amodeo helped this single mom finally buy a home. This review is long overdue since I've been in my home for a year this month. My son and I could not be happier. Chris walked me through the whole process as a first time home buyer and while it's a very stressful process, having Chris as my broker made life much easier. Thank you Chris for everything!
