I moved to Montclair last August 2021. Prior to this I had a wonderful relationship with Popular Bank on Eastern Pkwy in Bklyn for many years. from the 1st time I went to this bank to do a change of address...etc. I got new checks as well. I have received extreme courtesy..Thanks...Gloria Goodwin G

Worst bank experience ever!!!! They NEVER have rolls of quarters and the staff never ordered my debit card on time and ATM always down so unacceptable. Obviously someone wasn't doing their job. I've waited 4 months patiently. unbelievable. The guy branch manager has nasty attitude doesnt do his job right. This branch needs training!!!!
