      We decided to buy because rental prices in Peoria and the surrounding area are insane. Adam Merrick was assigned to us by Zillow and we started with Matt (who was great but relocated out of state in the middle of our search.) Johnathan McCallen called and introduced himself. He had already consulted with Matt and had our preferences down. From that day on he was phenomenal. He called or texted regularly keeping on top of where we were in our search, he made himself available at random hours and days to fit our schedule. He was friendly and personable and the perfect fit to help us find our home. We are forever grateful and highly recommend working with him (and the rest of the team at Adam Merrick) for buying or selling your home.

      I really enjoyed working with AM Real Estate for the most part.My realtor Jonathan was awesome , patient and very helpful throughout this entire experience, especially when narrowing down my choices. The only downside I experienced on their end was working with the maintenance company that they contract out to-professionalism, work ethic and quality of work was not the best as I’m already working on new repairs. Other than that, my realtor Jonathan mcclallen was very helpful in explaining the home buying process from inspection to closing to move in. This was my first home and he was very patient and knowledgeable on what to look for in the house as far as repairs and such.
