Fast loan approval. Was able to get a loan larger than I thought possible which allowed us to get a much bigger house size that we desperately needed. I recommend giving them a look for your future home purchase. We found them through a friend. They bought their home and had a good experience and we had been thinking of selling and getting a new house. Ez Mortgage was able to make our house purchase experience very quick and easy.
