  Adrian is THE BEST!!! From Day 1, he was very easy to work with and also very informative. As a new home buyer, I had a ton of questions and Adrian was able to address all my concerns with such ease. His friendliness and attentiveness made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire process. He gave us so much welcomed advice along the way, which avoided a lot of obstacles in the home buying process. I also appreciated his honesty when we were considering certain properties, letting us know if it was worth a bid and if we'd be making a good decision. We really struck gold with Adrian when we ran into some major issues with our lender, and he made some recommendations on how to move forward. Fast forward a few weeks (and a much smoother process with the lender), we officially own our first home! He truly went above and beyond and I can't imagine going through this experience with anyone else. I will highly recommend Adrian for any home buying/selling needs, and hope he and I stay in touch over the years until we're ready for an upgrade.

  Adrian is an amazing real estate professional. I was a first time home buyer and quite frankly very confused with the whole home buying experience. I really wanted to fully understand what I go through at every step of the process and Adrian not only fully understands it but is also amazing at explaining things in simple terms for me to understand and hence expectations was fully transparent and understood. For a first time home buyer like myself, I recognize that I might not be the easiest to deal with due to the amount of questions I have but Adrian fully understands this and he is able to not only answer my question but also explains it thoroughly making it easy and comfortable for me to move forward. I would recommend Adrian to anyone who is looking for any advice in real estate, he is a true professional of his craft and a great person.

  Adrian is an awesome consultant, he is very passionate and has excellent knowledge of property in and around Bay Area. He helped me get one which I could say was not possible without his guidance. I highly recommend him. He always comes with pre research on the property, guide us on the good and not so good points about the property. His number on the bidding trend is also excellent .An awesome overall experience 👍
