  Kerry helped save our client's when they purchased their new home. Interest rates shot up just as we found their dream house and went into contract. The prior lender sadly was no longer able to qualify our buyers for the loan. Thankfully I had just learned about Kerry and he came through in a big way. He was able to qualify our buyers for the mortgage they needed as well as helped negotiate the best rate for them that incurred the least amount of points. We'll be referring Kerry more of our clients.

  Kerry Worden did an exceptional job, helping us get a loan for our home. We were in the terrible situation of needing a loan last minute, and Kerry went over and beyond to work with us to get a good rate considering the terrible economic circumstances. He explained clearly what we needed and why, and he went over and beyond, convincing and communicating with the underwriters, what the information we provided meant. He was literally a Godsend for our family, when another loan officer was selling us the worst deal and we had our backs against the wall. He was always calm, and understanding when we had a thousand questions, were communicating via text, emails, and calls, he was always available, and had so much patience with us. He was also very empathetic for us and communicated that he cared for our situation, and he had many good connections, that helped us close in record time. Our home loan was considerably high, and our money source complicated but he put the puzzles together, and today we have a home of our own. Thank you Kerry, we are ever grateful for folks that are as professional as you.
