      Land Title did an awesome job. I will 100% hire them again if I'm selling a property. We had some tricky stuff happening with my mortgage and HOA, and they worked through everything with me, were super responsive and on top of things. Their office is also super nice, everyone is professional, we got closing done in 15 minutes.

      This has to be the absolute worst title comapny in Denver. I have never had a smooth closing with them and they do not know how to even endorse a commission check. If you are about to deal with their terrible service, SWITCH NOW! You have been warned!

      they made so many errors. refuse to communicate during and then have clients figure out companies problem. toné closer assistant Forged new account info and then the Closer committed wire fraud. they do not verify wires so if you want your tens of thousands of dollars when you sell you home go with literally any other title company.
