      I’ve made the right choice banking with Affinity. They have great customer service & go above & beyond to help their customers. The staff is very friendly. They are also very good at communication. Casey Krafnick helped me out today & she helped me out with my little dilemma. I recommend this bank 10/10.

      When I call in to talk about my auto loan. I get an automated system. Then I don’t have my member ID, then I just sit there in the automated system. Then today I get an email saying I’m going to get charged a large sum, for not filling out some insurance form for my vehicle being totaled out. Then I call the number provided and I get on this repeat menu of 1 for English and 2 for Spanish. Then I send an email that is provided for questions. Then it says it can’t be processed as I don’t have an attachment. I’m overall unhappy with the customer service.

      Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to work with you as necessary. The long phone call wait times are usually worth the wait even if inconvenient, and I would recommend to anyone. This credit union makes me feel like I am valued as an individual not just another customer at any old bank.
