      I like the concept, and the service was nice, until the downtown location closed. I have nowhere to get quarters now. I had to open a new account at a nearby bank just to get quarters for laundry. Why is it so hard to find tellers for a single location? Do they not pay well enough?

      First bank I've seen do a hard credit pull during application. I've had many credit union accounts and this was never the case. Opened an account due to their competitive rates, which have since dropped.
