  Michael Derrow, of the Federal Way WA branch, has been excellent in helping me with refinancing my home. He is one of the few lenders that is familiar with the Mortgage Credit Certificate and is helping me with the process to keep it with the refinance. Unlike other lenders that I worked with when first purchasing my home, Michael has been very communicative and professional at every turn. I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the same process.

  I know one person in the Soldota branch is now involved with a dispute over property she bought (only bidder). The property was owned by a women with a documented mental disability. The property was purchased with no 'due diligence' and was only found out by the family only after being notified of trespassers cutting trees and breaking locks at the home. The property was valued at 200k and Kathy Sullivan bought it at auction for $6500. The unsubstantiated debt was less then $2000. Property taxes were up to date and paid by the family that was never notified of any debt or auction proceeding. Kathy Sullivan was notified of this situation but didn't care. She has forced the family to seek return of the property. She also has caused the extended suffering of my sister who now lives in the streets of Anchorage. This is a perfect example of Mortgage and Banking professionals looking for any angle to make a buck$. I would not do any business with a company that employs people of this caliber. I would look elsewhere to do any banking or mortgage business. I can only hope some of these people end up pushing carts around and looking for a place to sleep. They would certainly deserve it!
