  We chose Alex Wade to help us buy 2 houses, the first as our Realator, the second as our mortgage broker. We chose him to be our broker because he was so helpful and thorough on our first house and didn’t disappoint. Alex goes the extra mile to help his clients and keeps you filled in during the entire process. Anytime we buy in the future Alex will be involved. He’s truly great.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Alex! He has a great way of explaining the process, and we felt very comfortable going to him with any questions we had. From getting pre-approved to closing on our home, we always knew where we were at and what to expect next. He is super quick to respond and always on top of everything. After we got an offer accepted, there was an unforeseen circumstance on our end that added a little stress to closing. He managed it perfectly, talked through what would need to happen, and we ended up closing on time. He is extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his clients. We highly recommend working with him!

  Alex was our secret weapon in a competitive housing market. He answered all of our questions and guided us through all of the steps of the process. When we were ready to start making offers he was always available to make our offer stand out. And when we had an offer accepted he got us a great rate and made sure we closed quickly. If anyone in my family told me they were looking to buy a house I would send them straight to Alex.
