  Tim made the refinance process amazingly smooth and easy. I know that refinances timelines aren't as concrete as other transactions and I was kept in the loop the whole time: clear and consistent communication throughout the process was a huge help! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  If it were possible, I'd award even more than 5 stars to Tim Vanderburg and his terrific team for the great work they did on alerting us to the opportunity to refinance @ a lower interest rate and for all their efforts in completing the process. Special kudos go to Bonnie Adams for her untiring patience and assistance in getting an old, retired couple through the sometimes-challenging electronic processing moments. They are true professionals and they make you feel valued and important. My wife & I cannot recommend them more highly!

  My wife and I bought a home with financing from Guild Mortgage. We worked through the process with several different lenders and we picked Guild due to their timely and clear communication. Tim and Caryn were very knowledgable, accessible and quick to return correspondence. My wife and I had a not-so-normal situation when buying our home and it took us several months of working with J.P Morgan Chase to make a dent in the proceedings. Once we started working with Guild, it was done within weeks. They knew what to do and they closed on time. I highly recommend Tim and Caryn from Guild Mortgage if you are buying a home in the area. They made the process simple and painless.
