  Pushing the 'Easy' button is what you will get with your work with Jonathan. If you don't feel confident in the process of your mortgage and buying a home...don't worry. Jonathan has your back. He and his team kept it easy. They were proactive in their communication anticipating my needs and questions. When the inevitable surprise came, they worked hard to overcome the moment mitigating the impact on me. It was easy. And Jonathan and team are very nice. Also know...that closing is just the start of a relationship that carries on. Their online system is easy to navigate and flexible in allowing varied payment approaches. Plus you get varied communications on items of pertinence that is worthy of occupying my time. Finally...a portion of the proceeds of a mortgage go to my choice of a number of charities supporting varied missions that are worthy and appropriate. He...and his team...have "IT" together.
