      After several failed attempts trying to refinance our home on our own, we were very fortunate to have found Dawn at All Shores Mortgage. Our businesses aka income stream are held in a complicated structure involving trusts and we also had foreclosures on our record. We were so lucky that Dawn and her team took the time to understand our situation and help us through the underwriting process and connecting us with the right lender. We just closed last week at very low rates (half of our original mortgage interest rate) and could not be more happy with Dawn and her team. She is so diligent, responsive and kind.
