HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO! In the 2months we dealt with them they never updated their rates on the website until I called the teamsters to complain about this and how horrible they are to deal with. We had to keep calling to get the rates and they wouldn't call back half the time. I was also told "I have no idea what the rates are today or whether they are up or down. It was all over the news they went down. We kept submitting the same paperwork over and over again and over again!! I should have gone by the review which was bad! When I told them I was going to write a review about how horrible they are to deal with suddenly 2 good reviews showed up don't trust them!! They didn't even know their home appraiser never showed up until we should have closed and the realized they didn't have the appraisal report. Because of all of their delays 60days had past so now they said we needed to resubmit the paperwork again!! So many other things too much to write. Steer clear they are HORRIBLE!!!!! Beware!! I received an email with several other people’s personal information!!!! I emailed them about it but never heard back!! Clearly the email was meant for someone else but it was sent to me and who knows who else!!

Excellent service, Sunitha was very responsive, easy to work with and was able to easily accomodate our change with closing timeline. We were able to get the best rate and close the refi much sooner than what i anticipated. Very pleased working with them and would definately recommend them.
