      Lori Ferreira was so easy to work with! We're first time homebuyers and the loan process seemed very daunting to us. Lori and her team were so informative and helpful throughout the entire process! We're so thankful we were able to work with Lori and her team at Guild Mortgage! Laura McGuinness and Tracy Morley were so so helpful also!! I don't know what I would've done without their guidance and knowledge!

      We couldn't have dreamed of a better mortgage experience. Within the hour of applying for pre-approval, an agent contacted us to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We were floored since it was a Sunday afternoon! RMS is incredibly responsive, answering all our emails quickly and thoroughly. Their app walked us through everything and made uploading and seeing documents so easy. It was great at prompting us when there was a new "task" which was so helpful in getting everything done on time. We never felt pressured; the entire process and everyone we worked with made us feel so comfortable. All their hard work and preparation made our closing quick and simple. I would 100% go with RMS again!
