      Citizens Bank is the worst bank I have been there physically 4 times trying to fix a problem that the actual teller told me was the banks fault and not mine they've escalated it and they still refuse to give me my money, I reported activity on my account that should not be where I asked to get a new card they told me I did not need a new card and they allowed three more charges to go on my account after that and are refusing to credit those back which once you report something you should never have another charge on there again from the company that you reported still waiting for my money back
