      Allied Title was the second title company we have worked with, and the experience was horrible. Communication was terrible. I had to ask them about things that I knew about from prior experience, rather than receive pro-active guidance on what to do when. The answers to my questions were almost always something along the lines of "go ask someone else or look it up yourself." I can't imagine working with them as a first-time homebuyer. Go somewhere else.

      Our settlement experience with Allied Title & Escrow was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, thorough, efficient, and friendly. We received frequent updates and overall Allied made a process we expected to be stressful surprisingly enjoyable. We also loved the office - it was easy to find, had ample parking, and the key backgrounds in the main suite made for awesome photos. Special thanks to Melissa White and Anna Durie for a seamless transaction. We will certainly use this company again in the future!
