  Retired Federal worker, got to join APFCU by donation ($10) to Moanalua Gdns, (APFCU usually for State or City & County employees but others can join with a donation). Good debit card with 3% cashback, complimentary cashiers ck (1 per/day), and good service. By the way APFCU has a Branch in Henderson, NV (Las Vegas) for those traveling to the 9th Island. Thank you, APFCU!

  This is their headquarter locations and it looks like they remodeled and looks very modern and bright. Wait was not long during a weekday at lunch. I don't think they have the volume like the other banks but customer service was excellent. The auto loan rates and experience to get it all setup was really good. Staff was responsive and accommodating. Will definitely look here for any future loans of any kind. I would recommend this branch and the organization if you need banking services. Christy and team were very helpful.

  This branch's manager, Yu-Jen, is excellent. My husband and I applied for a HELOC at this branch and he helped make the process smooth and easy. He also assisted me with issues I was having with the credit union regarding my mom's power of attorney. His outside the box thinking resolved all issues. If you're thinking about getting a HELOC or opening a savings or checking account, I highly recommend you see Yu-Jen at the Fort Street APFCU.
