  Horrible experience! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. We started our refinance process back in August 2020 with Fernando as our Loan Officer but we always talked to his assistant, Meriam. Any time she needed anything we made sure to send it to her immediately. A month goes by and we were notified by Meriam that Fernando no longer worked for the company and we now had a new Loan Officer, Maria. Meriem had a tendency of not answering the phone, answering our questions or anything. The time Meriem did answer it was to schedule a home appraisal. That worked out well and we paid $600. After that it was downhill. Meriem was asking for documents that we had already sent her and by now it had been 2 1/2 months. We never finished the process due to their lack of efforts. It was a total waste of time and money. We tried calling Maria but she never answered her phone, emails or messages. The last time I tried calling Meriem, she said she no longer worked for the company and explained that our case had been given to someone else a month ago and they should have called us then. Till this day, we haven’t received any explanation as to what happened, no apologies for wasting our time and money. Save yourself some time and find another company to work with.

  Hello Carolina, we are very sorry you had a bad experience. That is never okay and we take responsibility for that. Not all loans are easy but we do our very best place families in the right loan programs and that can sometimes be a challenge given the scenarios. We show in our system that several calls were made out to Beatriz and she decided to cancel the loan process.
