  I bought my 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada from the Lakewood location. I live in the mountains and on my way home the engine blew. 2 hours later I was in tears, they offered another vehicle in replacement not one I was satisfied with but really had no choice so I took it. Believe it or not that engine also blew on my way home. I cried even more, as my husband consoled me management stepped-up right away and gave us a new vehicle to go home with while they came up with a plan. I received a call just a couple of days after and they offered to replace the engine in my original choice. I just paid my car off and love it! Thanks for your amazing customer service and care. I am fully satisfied with my vehicle ☺

  Bought a rav 4, broke down 3 months later. Had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying for a broken down car. Don't buy from these scam artists. All their vehicles are lemons on the verge of collapse.

  As a first time car buyer I bought a used Nissan Murano here a little under a year ago. After only driving 4,000 miles, I had to replace the pads and rotors because I wasn't expecting to burn through the pads so soon after buying it. Then a few months later I had to pay out of pocket to replace the radiator because the vehicle started overheating and this was not covered in the warranty. I was under the impression that everything 'engine related' would be covered in this warranty when I purchased it (I'm not a mechanic so to me that means everything under the hood). I've already had to spend 1200 in repairs (not including maintenance) on this vehicle, so I called and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told "that's typical wear and tear on a used vehicle and you gotta pay for it like everyone else." Guess its a very loose inspection before the sale. Long story, short it's on me and I should've known better. D1 taught me a lot about buying a used car, just don't do it and if you have to don't buy one at D1!

  Trace, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase after owning the car for over a year now. At D1 we disclose everything at the time of the sale and we make sure that you are happy with your car before you take delivery. All used cars are sold "As Is" unless you purchased a warranty and at the time of your purchase you chose to go with the engine and transmission warranty only and you failed to mention in your review that you had the option to purchase a more exclusive warranty which covered additional components of your vehicle to include your radiator. Brakes were inspected and met our tolerance levels before you purchased the vehicle. Brakes,as you noted, are wearable items and part of everyday maintenance of any vehicle.
